• Do you have at least 3 years of experience regularly driving long distances (500 miles or more one way) in varied road conditions and different sizes of vehicles?
• Are you comfortable behind the wheel of larger vehicles such as box trucks and RVs?
• Do you love pets and can care for one on a multi-day road trip?

Our driver standards

All drivers must have no moving violations in the last 10 years, no cell phone or distracted driving violation in the past 10 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 10 years, and no DUI or other major traffic violations in the last 20 years. You must hold a valid driver’s license and a current DOT Medical Certificate (or be willing to obtain one), and be able to pass drug and alcohol testing. Every driver clears a criminal background check at the international, national, federal, state, and county levels, along with a sex-offender registry search.

How assignments work

• These are independent contractor engagements, not employment.
• You are paid per assignment.
• Trips often last several days and may include some weekends and occasional night driving.
• You cover trip expenses — fuel, tolls, meals, lodging — on your own credit card and are reimbursed afterward.
• Assignments are currently concentrated near a number of major metro areas. You are welcome to apply even if you are outside them; we keep applications on file.
