I felt compelled to write this review after calling them. The lady who answered the phone is very straightforward and to the point. She answered my questions and gave us a ball-park quote. Such a simple and helpful thing yet few businesses answer questions directly. Would recommend this service based on our phone experience.

I had planned to drive from Maine to Florida with one other person and my two dogs when a storm moved across the country and delayed our departure. Because of the delay, my friend could no longer travel with me, so I began researching alternative options without comfortable success until I came across Personal Drivers. After emailing the company, DD called me immediately. I explained my situation, and within hours she called back to let me know she had a driver. The communication between DD, Andrew W. (the driver), and me prior to departure was excellent and kept me fully informed about Andrew’s arrival. I chose to meet Andrew at the airport since it was close to the highway, and we began our 26-hour drive. I immediately felt comfortable with him. Andrew was courteous and consistently checked in to see how the dogs and I were doing during the long drive. He stopped whenever we needed breaks, recommended hotel locations along our route and drove confidently and safely the entire trip. I would highly recommend Personal Drivers and Andrew. Both are reliable and professional, and they truly focus on meeting their clients’ needs. Having a professional driver removed all the stress from the journey.

Personal Drivers is a Top Notch Service! We called several transport companies to find there were so many issues with moving a vehicle from Texas to Florida. Quotes continued to rise in cost. We reached out to Personal Drivers. DD was quick to take all the information and give us a quote that was very reasonable. The driver Gordon, reached out for necessary information for the pick up and delivery. All paperwork in place, vehicle inspection before and after. Vehicle delivered well within the time frame quoted. Couldn't be happier with their service. Do not hesitate to call. Thank you!!!

We reached out to Personal Drivers after getting the runaround from another car shipping company. We wanted our car shipped from New York to Colorado, and for two weeks the other company told us that they would arrive "tomorrow." We finally gave up on them and reached out to Personal Drivers. DD at Personal Drivers responded to my email within a few minutes and she remained very responsive throughout the entire process. Within two days of contacting them, our car was on its way to Colorado. Our driver, Bill Graul, was amazing. He sent us texts every night, letting us know how the drive had gone throughout the day. The minute I met Bill, I knew that our car was in good hands. I truly wish we had contacted Personal Drivers right from the very start. It would have saved us a lot of headache and hassle.

I hired Personal Drivers to drive a U-haul for me for a cross-country move. DD was extraordinarily helpful and attentive from the first email exchange we had. The driver, Andrew, was prompt, kind, and professional. All of my belongings arrived safely, on schedule, and without any stress. Also, for the professionalism and ease provided, the cost was completely reasonable! I would highly recommend Personal Drivers and would gladly work with them again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Personal Drivers! I had to change my dates multiple times, and they were super patient with me through the whole process. DD’s support was incredible, I messaged at 4 AM, not expecting a reply, but she got back to me right away and helped sort everything out. My driver, Michael, kept me in the loop the entire time. My vehicle was well taken care of and showed up faster than expected, which was amazing since it had my belongings in it. The quoted price was exactly what I paid there were no surprise travel fees or hidden charges that popped up after signing the contract. They made a really stressful situation a lot easier. I got my car without any issues, and would for sure use them again. If you need a reliable car transport service, highly recommend.

I was a little leery of hiring a driver to take my car all the way from PA to FL and researched a lot of companies before I chose personal driver. My first impressions were great as DD led me through the process and paperwork for the contract. DD was never more than a text away….always answering my questions thoroughly and promptly. That did a lot to allay my worries. So the day of pick up PA has its first snow storm. Tom Furlong, my driver and I were pretty much in constant contact, examining all the possible situations. Turns out Tom’s plane arrived as planned in Harrisburg and after having 3 Ubers cancel on him, the 4th came through. This enabled everything to run as scheduled! Tom kept me informed every step of the way and gave me detailed descriptions and even a picture of where my car is parked at the airport for pickup. I know I’m gushing, but I’m just so pleased with DD, Tom and Personal Driver!

I found Personal Drivers on an online search. I needed someone to drive a 26’ box truck from one trade show to another trade show (about 300 miles away). I reached out to them via their website and got a response super quickly. I was sent a quote that included the whole fee, not a base rate with an unknown additional expense for travel, etc. Although this quote was higher than another company’s base rate, it was all inclusive and I felt better about knowing the exact cost. The contract was clear, their communication via email and text were great, and the driver, Ben, and I had a brief chat a few days before the trip to make sure he knew the little nuances about my truck. I look forward to using them in the future. They come highly recommended. Very professional and on time!

I had a great experience with Personal Drivers! DD was very responsive and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions quickly. Of all the options available, they were the most affordable. Ben was the driver and he was also awesome. He kept in contact the whole time and my goods were delivered with nothing broken! He did such a good job! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

I quickly needed my RV transported down to CA from WA. Found this service through internet search. It was super easy to fill out and request service. DD was quick to respond and flexible on method of communication. She was very helpful on working through details of how the pickup would happen even though I was not there to do it. My driver was Ben Riddell, who also was extremely helpful in working through the circumstances of picking up while I was not there. He was very responsive in communicating with me, even during the drive. He got the right down to the drop off and communicated with our drop person to efficiently get our RV to them. The whole process was painless and worth it.

Wonderful experience with Personal Drivers! I worked with DD to coordinate Eddie driving my parents from CA --> NM. Both DD & Eddie were easy to work with, professional, and kind. I had to cut short a long van camping trip and return home fast. I was really worried about how to get my van home after I flew back, and I am so glad that a friend found Personal Drivers. Every aspect of a complex plan was handled well. DD was my guide through the process and she is a superb communicator. She answered every question, either at the time I asked or as soon as she could get me an answer. She offered me a few options, with clarity about the choices (for example, one potential driver would have cost less because of travel distance, but was not available for a few days). I wasn't sure where I would be leaving the van, and DD was good-natured and prompt when I changed my mind and asked her to re-calculate my contract. The conversations and formalizing of the contract occurred on a Friday and Saturday, when I was not always able to access the internet. DD was personally warm when I was fretting, and reassuring about her availability to work on the weekend to help. DD waited until I was ready, prompted me to open a form I'd overlooked, and assisted in the completion online of all of the forms. I went from pulling my hair out "What am I going to do?" frantic to feeling confident in the arrangements in 24 hours. The driver was Mr. Eddie Ortega. He was also wonderful. He sent his identification information and called to introduce himself. He specifically asked me how much communication I would like from him while he was on the road, and then faithfully complied with that request. He separately communicated with my friend about the pickup, and less than a week after my emergency, he drove my van home. I checked prices with a few other services, and they were comparable. One company that quoted a lower estimate would not commit to the estimate nor to the pickup time. Personal Drivers guarantees "no hidden fees" and in my case, refunded me for an overestimate of gasoline costs within days of delivery. I rarely write reviews, but I really wanted to thank Mr. Ortega and DD for their competence, professionalism, and kindness. It was a difficult week for me, and they made it better.

Personal Drivers was just outstanding, let me start by saying we never know what you're going to get with some services and the expected results. However, this was a very pleasant experience the driver was on time, personable, professional and we talked most of the trip. I was relaxed and had time to get my thoughts in order why Phil my driver did the driving. I was totality confident knowing I was going to get to my destination without any issues. Even if you could drive a long distance, I realized having the right frame of mind is important for your safety and being able to focus on timelines and issues your facing along the way of the long drive. This drive was so pleasant and on time that Phil my driver and I got to the hotel, and then we went dinner and talked about our lives. Wow , can't say I ever did that with any other service provider before, but it was just like I made a new friend. Do yourself the favor and call Personal Drivers for any long drive and it will be worth every cent you spend. The company owner is so involved with every detail and making sure you and your safety are first. I don't usually write reviews and long ones but this company deserves the recognition. GREAT JOB!

I was a little nervous about hiring a driver for a 17 hour trip, but DD answered all my questions and even picked up the phone when I was sure I had woken her up. Eddie was a great driver. We chatted when I felt like it and stopped when I needed to and even held my dog while I did my. business 10/10 would use again.

I had an emergency and needed a driver to get me back to my home in Florida. I searched online and found Personal Drivers website. I chose them because the company had great reviews. DD was great with communicating with me and helping me thru the process. My driver Andrew was fantastic. He got me home safely. I highly recommend this company. Thank you both for all of your help. Will definitely use again if I ever need another personal driver.

I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with my dog 1400+ miles on a 3-day trip with a stranger. My driver, Tom, was amazing. He was friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. He ensured the hotels we stayed at were pet friendly and within my budget. I would definitely recommend Personal Drivers and will most definitely call on them again should I need their services.

When I first looked into this company. I was extremely nervous, I was unsure if it was a real company and not a scam. I did a quote and they assured me this was a legitimate company. Of course, I went to do my own research and trust this was/is a professional and well oiled machine company. The prices were exceptional and the process was smooth. They found me a driver, he came the day before and picked up my vehicle and drove it 612 miles to my designated location. He was amazing with responding to emails, phone calls, and ETA updates. I will definitely use them again when I have to move next year. Thank you Personal Drivers for the amazing service and professionalism.

I engaged them for transporting a few robotic products which needed special care, from Texas to Pennsylvania. It was a 4 day drive overall, and involved a lot of unusual requests for periodic inspections requiring extra coordination. Both DD and the driver Gordon were super cooperative. DD made a lot of arrangements quickly and further adjusted them to handle few contingencies, and Gordon went by the dot on his plan, going the extra mile to cover us on a few small glitches. Great company & people to work with. Will highly recommend to anyone looking to move, and would use them for future needs without thinking a bit.

Awesome driver, Ben, even though my RV broke down he stayed with us and stayed an extra day. He got us where we needed to go and was friendly and professional the entire trip, my dog even liked him.DD was super awesome too, kept checking up on us making sure everything was going smoothly.I will for sure use them again when I move the RV to Reno in a few years.

From the start DD and Jamie were on our side to do whatever needed to get myself and husband, 2 cats, and a mini schnauzer from mid small town Nebraska to Houston... cancer treatment. for me with my husband with Dementia riding along. 2 terrified cats (good kitty and bad kitty)until they realized it was a new fun playhouse. The mini schnauzer fell in love with Jamie for sure on the ride home. Jamie got us safely to the park we would be staying at. Hooked us up to the facilities. Along with dealing with minor repairs of a brand new rig to get us there..once he borrowed a tool..the 2nd time...he purchased one on his own...he wouldnt allow me to reimburse him..until way later in the trip at my insistence..We had 1600 miles of sharing stories...The return trip i will say both DD and Jamie went above and beyond what was ever expected in the contract...This company is true class. Their concept of Service to others is way beyond the normal company..They truly care about you, your best interests and will put their own aside to see you are safe and protected.. Jamie is a member of the family now. He is listed permanently on our vehicle insurance.🤣 DD and i had some lovely conversations....your concerns are her concerns....She will move heaven and earth to serve. in your best interests....i honestly can not say enough amazing truths about the company, DD and Jamie. We just completed a cross-country RV trip and had an incredible experience thanks to DD and Jamie. DD, the administrator/planner, was absolutely amazing—professional, caring, accommodating, and so easy to work with. She truly went above and beyond for us, especially with all the last-minute changes we threw her way. Her attention to detail and support made all the difference. Jamie, our driver, was fantastic. He got us to every destination safely and with confidence. He clearly knows his way around an RV—not just the driving, but everything from hooking it up to emptying it out. Anytime we needed to stop or make a quick change, he was on it immediately. We felt safe, supported, and well taken care of the entire time. Highly Recommend! Normally, I do not take time to post a review but experience with personal drivers was exceptional. We rented an RV to take our daughter, 2 kids, and 2 dogs over 2000 miles from Florida to Arizona. The driver we had was amazing and DD went above and beyond to ensure our special needs were met. Also, they had the most reasonable prices compared to all other driving services we looked at. You will not find a better company to trust using.

Tom my driver was very professional and kept me informed throughout the trip. Sent pictures of my RV parked exactly where I asked him to at the end. I would recommend this service.
