I rarely write reviews, but the service that DD at Personal Drivers returning my car from Portland, Maine to my home in Atlanta Georgia, was above and beyond my expectations. For years I have used a major common carrier to ship my car both to and from where we stay for the summer. It's never been a huge problem, but we always had to arrange early and I had to make arrangements where and when to ship the car. This year the shipping company (broker) totally messed up and couldn't make arrangements, so for the first time in years we ended up driving for 25 hours. It was not fun. I looked to see if there were personal services that shipped cars, and thankfully landed on the Personal Drivers site. From the get-go, DD was extremely helpful, and she arranged for a driver, Rch Ballard, to drive. I had the car in 2 days and he was delightful. Is this more $ that a common carrier? Yes. But I will never go back to the hassle when this service and company did such a great job. Thanks DD and Rich. I'll be calling next year when we go back to Maine.

DD and Team at Personal Drivers were AMAZING from the minute I reached out to them. I had hired a car shipping company to ship my truck from Western NY to AZ but waited almost a month and they still could not get me definitive pick up or drop off times. When I reached out to Personal Drivers last minute and on a holiday, they immediately responded and put my mind at ease that they could get this done. Within a couple of hours, I signed the agreement and had a perfect pick-up time scheduled. The Driver, Andrew, reached out soon thereafter and we made a plan to meet at the airport with the truck, and he would take it from there. Andrew is retired Law Enforcement, and I immediately felt comfortable with him driving my Truck across the country. DD, Andrew and the Team at Personal Drivers deserve 10 stars! They went above and beyond. Andrew kept me informed along the way and even showed up early to drop the truck! If you need a vehicle driven, my recommendation would be to reach out to DD and the Team! They do great work!

During sale of our home in Colorado with planned move to Florida my husband had to have emergency spinal surgery leaving him unable to drive. I came across Personal Drivers & a wonderful Lady named DD. With short notice she was able to line us up with the best driver ever, Bill Graul. Bill stepped in & did things my husband wasn't able to do. He helped getting the small U-haul box trailer attached to our car, helped me to get new windshield wipers. Most of all, he smiled during the cross-country trip with our two cats. One of them was not happy at all about traveling that far! We arrived safely to our destination without a hitch. I feel blessed to have found these folks on such short notice. If anyone reading this needs a driver for any purpose do not hesitate to give Professional drivers a call & speak with DD. This was a very last minute need on our part, and DD from Personal Drivers was extremely responsive. We first spoke at noon on Sunday and she had identified a driver by three in the afternoon. The driver, Dan, was ready to take our twenty-six foot Uhaul truck from Denver to Chicago at eight AM Tuesday morning. Dan was great... communicative, professional and very punctual. The process was seamless, I would 100% recommend personal drivers.
