Fantastic from start to finish! From my first inquiry, DD at Personal Drivers answered all my questions quickly and without pressure to sign. Since this was my first season not driving north, I took time to research my options. Personal Drivers offered true door-to-door service, and I could pack my car with all the gear I wanted. They clearly explained what my insurance covered and what theirs covered. Once the contracts were signed, I was assigned Gordon Stevenson. He was professional, kind, and communicative throughout the trip. He arrived on time, kept me updated on his progress, and returned my car washed and with a full tank of gas. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely use Personal Drivers again.

For the return trip I requested the same driver, Andrew W., and the trip was confirmed within hours. Andrew planned the route thoughtfully, scheduling well-timed stops so the dogs and I could stretch, eat, and relax. He also identified alternate routes and dog-friendly hotels in advance, which made me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the journey.
