- BOS – Boston, MA
- DCA or IAD – Washington, DC
- ORD or MDW – Chicago, IL
- CLE – Cleveland, OH
- DEN – Denver, CO
- DTW – Detroit, MI
- FLL – Fort Lauderdale, FL
- MSP – Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN
- EWR – New Jersey
- JFK, LGA – New York
- MCO – Orlando, FL
- PHX or AZA, Phoenix, AZ
- SAT – San Antonio, TX
- SFO – San Francisco, CA
- SEA – Seattle, WA
- TPA or PIE, Tampa, FL
- TUS, Tucson, AZ
You should have a clean driving record and background and be able to pass a DOT medical exam, drug, and alcohol tests.
